Before your first session, you will complete a short survey so I can get to know you, your goals and your lifestyle. During our meeting, we will discuss your current habits, review nutrition strategies tailored to your needs and set realistic SMART goals to guide your progress.
Follow-Up Sessions:
In follow-ups, we will review your progress, celebrate wins and adjust your plan as needed to keep you on track. These sessions dive deeper into nutrition education, address any questions that arise, provide ongoing accountability and step-by-step support, helping you make sustainable changes without the overwhelm of doing it alone.
