As a 2010 graduate of Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage, Sara has helped facilitate Perfect Fit Health Club members along with the personal trainers towards their wellness goals for 5 years. She uses her attentive nature along with thoughtful communication to provide therapeutic techniques specific to her client's needs.

Although her passion lies in deep tissue manipulation, her strong knowledge of trigger point therapy, positional release therapy, myofascial release, and Swedish massage can help members improve recovery time after their workouts. Post exercise massage is known to reduce delayed onset muscles soreness (DOMS), decrease muscle damage and inflammation, increase vascular and arterial circulation, and decrease neuromuscular excitability which assists in recovery by helping relieve pain, cramps, and improve one's overall mood.

Additionally, over the years Sara has worked alongside Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and Personal Trainers to help treat and prevent injury. She has experience working with ailments such as:
