Sarah Jones LMT is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College’s Massage Therapy program, where she completed over 1,000 clinical and educational hours perfecting multiple therapeutic and relaxation techniques. Before her career in massage, Sarah worked in surgery for 10 years, with a focus in orthopedics. There she gained a great respect for joints and connective tissue.

Sarah offers a range of therapeutic manual techniques to reduce tension, decrease pain, reduce stress, improve circulation and sleep, and increase range of motion.

Now Offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD)

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage to stimulate the lymphatic system. It can help clear blockages, eliminate metabolic waste and toxins, transport nutrients to cells, and increase metabolic efficiency. MLD improves lymph flow and accelerates the removal of waste products, thus speeding up the healing and slowing the aging process. There are many benefits of MLD including improved sleep and immune function, energy, stress reduction, decreased puffiness and swelling, and promoting healing after surgery.
