Sarah Jones LMT is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College’s Massage Therapy Program, where she completed over 1,000 clinical and educational hours perfecting multiple therapeutic and relaxation techniques. She is looking forward to jump-starting her career as an LMT by working with athletes and fitness-minded individuals to promote well-being, recovery, and relaxation.
Sarah has been working in surgery for the last 8 years, with a focus in orthopedics. She has developed an understanding and gained a great respect for joints and connective tissue, and hopes to use this knowledge and experience to her advantage as she moves forward with her career.
Post-exercise massage can improve muscle function, decrease inflammation, increase vascular and arterial circulation, and decrease neuromuscular excitability which assists in recovery by helping relieve pain, cramps, and improve overall mood.
Sarah offers a range of therapeutic manual techniques to reduce tension, decrease pain, reduce stress, improve circulation and sleep, and increase range of motion.
